"I was referred to Brookwood Endo by my dentist on Thursday, and they were able to see me the following Tuesday, which was great because I had a trip planned to the coast that weekend. Taylor was friendly and caring getting me comfortable before and during the procedure, and Dr. Thomas was wonderful; he quickly reviewed my x-rays, diagnosed my problem, and provided me options in a plain and understandable way. I think Catherine was a young lady who helped me. She was great. I think she had been there for maybe six months did a great job then the doctor comes in and he was awesome. He did a marvelous job, no pain after & no pain this morning. "I've had two root canals performed on me at Brookwood Endodontics over the past few years and the experience was totally pleasant. The entire Brookwood staff is focused on making what is normally a much dreaded necessity (i.e., root canal) into one that's painless. This practice is equipped with the latest state-of-the-art dental gear, modern treatment rooms with big screen high-definition TVs for patients to watch. Plus each treatment has an awesome spectacular view of the mountains through a huge glass window. So, if your dentist says that you need a root canal, tell them to send you to Brookwood Endodontics!"

"First... going to the dentist is not usually on anyone list of favorite things to do. It can cause much anxiety. However, here, the ambiance of the waiting room is quite relaxing. The staff is very kind and professional. Kristina and Dr. Thomas were very thorough with the exams and explained everything. They are the Best! And then, that view that the patient sees from the chair is so beautiful! It makes you want to stay longer! Just a great experience overall!"

"This place is amazing everyone was very nice even at 8 am. I was greeted with a smile politely asked my name and was called back in about 5 Mina after. Sam and Kailyn were amazing very professional and polite. Now to the main event Dr Edward's D.D.S., M.D.S entered the room with a huge smile telling me good morning and begun to explain to me the entire procedure. After she explained everything I was at ease she took very great care of me and constantly asked how I was doing as she worked. This was my first root canal I was nervous at first but not I am very very satisfied. Thank you all for your professionalism and being so kind. "I was recently in urgent need of emergency endodontic services. I was so relieved that Brookwood Endodontics was able to get me in the day after I called them. I had seen Dr. Thomas for a previous root canal, and that experience was so flawless that there was no doubt that I wanted him to evaluate my pressing dental emergency. I live two hours away, but it was absolutely worth the drive to be seen and treated by this group of professionals. Dr. Thomas and his assistant Kristina were very kind, compassionate, extremely gentle, and very professional. Dr. Thomas immediately identified my problem and reviewed treatment options with me. I ended up having a painless root canal which immediately improved my pain. Their office staff even called me the next day (on a Saturday!) to check and see how I was feeling! The entire staff is so friendly and top notch! If you are in need of endodontic services, I highly recommend seeing this group, even if you have to travel like I did. You will not be disappointed! They were so nice and welcoming, offered to let me choose what was on tv in the room, they gave me a blanket during the procedure. I didn’t feel any pain at all. "I was just recently referred to Brookwood Endodontics for dental work I needed. I have to say I have had dental problems since I was a child and I have always hated since then to go to the dentist. Brookwood Emdodontics staff were very kind and professional and made me feel at home. After my Initial visit I received a phone call from a member of there staff the next day just checking in to see how I was doing, you don’t see this much from businesses these days they just take your money and do whatever service to say they did something then your out the door and on to the next victim. The infection was so bad but they worked hard got me the correct meds. Already feeling better and office called first thing checking on me and reaction to meds. "They are very nice and offer a pillow, blanket, soda or water, ask what channel you want to choose from on your TV, and give headphones to plug in to your phone. You can also request gas if you are anxious ( i have VERY high anxiety). Procedure went well and was really quick. Mostly just laying around waiting for topical numbing and gas mask to take affect before they give the shots… the shots were the only painful part, but very quick like for just a few seconds. I absolutely hate dentist offices, the smells, the sounds, the tastes, everything about them makes my knees weak. So, if I can make it thru a root canal, anybody can! The only really shocking, discouraging and frightening part was when they send you home with an antibiotic and pain pills… and the pain pills are naproxen … and that is the strongest medicine they are allowed to give you according to the doctor. I just got home, the numbing is wearing off, and I am a bit panicky hoping this naproxen helps (which is basically aleve) So if you aren’t afraid of pain, and you don’t expect them to give you anything for pain relief other than aleve, then this is your place. Dr Thomas did a wonderful job and the nurses are very nice. I definitely recommend!"

And the doctors are so highly regarded and referred by their peers that even further reduces any cause for alarm. Dr. Thomas is my doctor there, and from my experience, he is most concerned about his patients’ wellbeing. I highly recommend this practice."

"In my 42 years on this earth, I’ve never had an experience so professional, personable and mind-easing. I was in yesterday for a root canal, and I’ve already told 5 people how wonderful my experience was. You’re given a “menu” card where you choose your requests for nitrous, earbuds, tv channel, blanket and/or pillow. Since I was unable to eat immediately after, I was given a card for a free 20oz smoothie. You’re not just a patient there, you’re a guest. I’ve worked in healthcare for 18 years, and my experience yesterday set the standard for how patient experiences should be in every healthcare setting."

"After a silver filling fell out my dentist informed me that she could not simply fill it again due to it being way too close to the nerve. I was referred to Brookwood Endodontics for a root canal. I had heard horror stories about root canals so I wasn’t thrilled about having to get one performed on my tooth. Unfortunately, Dr. Kaple agreed with my dentist and after showing me the x-rays recommended the root canal. I was prepped and it took less than 30 minutes to complete everything. The staff was great and the waiting room very comfortable. The parking lot entrance can be tricky coming off of 31 from the first entrance and the exit puts you over the by hospital. If you require a root canal, I would highly suggest Brookwood Endodontics as the place you should go to have it taken care of by their capable staff."

"Had the "urgent" need for an assessment for possible root canal. Called Brookwood Endodontics. I called around 0800 and they had an opening at 1230 with Dr Thomas. Waited approximately 10 minutes before xrays were done and then to a comfortable chair and awesome view. Dr. Thomas confirmed the need for root canal and his assistant, Maddie, got things set up . They both provided the pre-procedure info i needed and they went to work. Unfortunately I've had several root canals over the years and things always went well. Dr Thomas repeatedly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and Maddie was at the side to support him and me! Overall, great experience and no doubt where I will go if need arises again. "I had to have a root canal according to my dentist. He scheduled an appointment with Dr. Thomas. The day I went in I was questioning whether I really needed a root canal because the horrible tooth pain I had originally was gone. Dr. Thomas suggested I wait a few days to make sure since he didn’t want to give me a root canal if I didn’t need one. The very next day I woke up with tooth pain again. I called his office and due to a cancellation, I was able to get in that day. I had a crown over that tooth that according to my dentist was a temporary. It was not. Dr. Thomas’ staff did everything they could to remove that crown without success. He finally had to drill through it. Once he did he told me there was a lot of infection under the crown. During the process, I was super stressed. I was not that easy to get numb and hated the sound of the drill. Dr. Thomas was able to get my mouth numb. I realized I didn’t have to be stressed and had to make myself relax several times. After it was all over I realized I had been super stressed over nothing. I would definitely recommend him to anyone."

"Everything was pleasant from start to finish. 1st, it is was the front desk personnel. They was very friendly, polite and warm. Next, it was the gospel music playing in the lobby, and they were some of my favorite songs at that, so I was jamming while filling out paperwork. Next, it was the friendly assistant that called me back and got me prepared for my visit. She was very sweet, supportive and gentle. (She even wiped my tears later as I silently cried from nervousness, as I waited for the anesthesia and gas to kick in 💜🥹) I hate I can't remember her name because she definitely deserves recognition. Once I got set up, it was the open window view over looking parts of the city and highway. Nice! Then it was sweet, sweet Dr Thomas. I absolutely loved him! I get terribly anxious at the dentist ( I know he's a specialist, but they both work in my mouth lol) and this was my first root canal. He made me feel so at ease! He was very informative and communicated everything with me. They both made sure I was comfortable at all times and that was a big plus in my books.
