I was dreading the root canal experience .The care that was shown to me made my situation more pleasant. The staff was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend Dr. Edwards and her staff to anyone Top notch care.Also the shot did not hurt.
only negative was when I receive a notice about the $153.00 co-pay the number listed was incorrect.. I had to call my Dentist office to get the number so I could find the place.First off the decor of the office was absolutely beautiful. Everything looked great like a magazine. I think Catherine was a young lady who helped me. She was great. I think she had been there for maybe six months did a great job then the doctor comes in and he was awesome. He did a marvelous job, no pain after & no pain this morning. Hopefully what he did takes care of my problem.Lastly I was about to call and give y’all a thumbs up rating when a young lady from your office called me to check on me this morning at 7:30so every aspect about your business is absolutely wonderful. I've had two root canals performed on me at Brookwood Endodontics over the past few years and the experience was totally pleasant. The entire Brookwood staff is focused on making what is normally a much dreaded necessity (i.e., root canal) into one that's painless. This practice is equipped with the latest state-of-the-art dental gear, modern treatment rooms with big screen high-definition TVs for patients to watch. Plus each treatment has an awesome spectacular view of the mountains through a huge glass window. So, if your dentist says that you need a root canal, tell them to send you to Brookwood Endodontics!
