Dr. Trevor Kaple, a native of Yakima, WA, completed his undergraduate studies at Washington State University before earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Indiana University. He went on to complete a general practice residency at the VA Medical Center in Indianapolis, IN, and was later accepted into the endodontic residency program at UAB, where he earned his specialty certificate in postgraduate endodontics.
