Dr Stephen Thomas appeared to be highly confident, a man who knows his profession well! "I was a “work in” patient after my dentist recommended I have an evaluation for a possible root canal. I have never had any type of endodontics work personally so this was new for me! From check in, to the assistant, to the Doctor… my entire experience was wonderful. Despite being a last minute appointment, Dr Kapel took the time to explain my imaging results, my options, and describe how he would fix my issue. His assistant even called to check on me this morning, which is going above and beyond in my opinion. Being in the medical field as well as a clinic owner myself, I recognize superior care when I see it. This office and staff were truly wonderful and I’m grateful for their help in such short notice!"

"Thankful.My son is on the autism spectrum, and unfortunately, we've had experiences with medical professionals who made it clear they didn't want to treat him. They never actually said those words—they were just "nice nasty."Because of those experiences, I was nervous about our appointment with Brookwood Endodontics. "This Endo clinic was amazing! I drove from Huntsville because they took my insurance Delta Dental but the ease of scheduling my appointment to the actual procedure for my root canal was so smooth! I was anxious but my awesome dental tech, Makenzie, helped get me calm and comfortable! Dr.Thomas was precise and made sure I was good through my procedure too. The next day follow up was the cherry on top of showing their customer service100/10 recommend!!Ps- the views are an added bonus!"
"After a silver filling fell out my dentist informed me that she could not simply fill it again due to it being way too close to the nerve. I was referred to Brookwood Endodontics for a root canal. I had heard horror stories about root canals so I wasn’t thrilled about having to get one performed on my tooth. Unfortunately, Dr. Kaple agreed with my dentist and after showing me the x-rays recommended the root canal. I was prepped and it took less than 30 minutes to complete everything. The staff was great and the waiting room very comfortable. The parking lot entrance can be tricky coming off of 31 from the first entrance and the exit puts you over the by hospital. If you require a root canal, I would highly suggest Brookwood Endodontics as the place you should go to have it taken care of by their capable staff."

"First off I am going to say when you walk in they greet you with a smile from the front and until you go to the back. They walk you through the process and what to expect. I had a Root Canal and thought it was going to hurt, and it did not. I was nervous, but they assured me it was going to be okay and what I needed to do when I leave. They will call you the next day to check on you to make sure you are okay. I loved my experience here."

"I called Brookwood Endodontics yesterday morning after being up all night due to major tooth pain. Taylor at the front desk answered the phone and was incredibly kind, understanding and helpful. I am pregnant and the pain was making me pretty emotional. Taylor was so supportive and scheduled me as work in that afternoon. When I got to the office, about an hour and a half drive, I was instantly greeted with the same hospitality. Maddy took great care of me and calmed any nerves I had and Dr. Thomas was extremely professional as well as understanding. My root canal took no time at all. "My name is Devon Groves, unsure how to switch google accounts😆 But out of no where I was in immense pain, dealt with it for 2 days before calling Brookwood. I originally had an appointment for a week out, but was in so much immense pain by day 3 that they were able to work me in the next day. Turns out I had 2 abscesses, so I got a root canal and that taken care of. They were urgent with taking care of me. I don’t know if I could have waited a whole week. They gave me my life back, and they also have cozy blankets for you!! Literally 10000/10! Staff was SO sweet and caring, and this being my first root canal and first time having abscesses, I had a thousand questions. They were so patient with me and answered everything I wanted and needed to know!"

I even chose nitrous oxide because I was anxious, and the team made the entire experience feel calm and stress-free.What shocked me most is that after the numbness wore off, I had almost no pain at all. "Had the "urgent" need for an assessment for possible root canal. Called Brookwood Endodontics. I called around 0800 and they had an opening at 1230 with Dr Thomas. Waited approximately 10 minutes before xrays were done and then to a comfortable chair and awesome view. Dr. Thomas confirmed the need for root canal and his assistant, Maddie, got things set up . They both provided the pre-procedure info i needed and they went to work. Unfortunately I've had several root canals over the years and things always went well. However, this experience was more than OK, it was great. Never experienced the discomfort I had in previous procedures, almost completely pain free and the time was minimal. Dr Thomas repeatedly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and Maddie was at the side to support him and me! Overall, great experience and no doubt where I will go if need arises again. On a scale of 1 to 10, this was at a least a 15. Also....reception staff personable, professional, and very pleasant as well as efficient managing insurance claims. Great team!"

Given the urgency of my condition, having already waited four weeks for my initial dental consultation, I inquired about an earlier availability. Ms. Marshall, the representative, efficiently located a cancellation and scheduled me for 1:30 PM on the same day. My entire experience, from my arrival to the follow-up call this morning regarding my aftercare, was outstanding. The facility provides amenities such as beverages, blankets, and headphones for personal devices, and patients have the option to select entertainment during their procedure. "I had to have a root canal according to my dentist. He scheduled an appointment with Dr. Thomas. The day I went in I was questioning whether I really needed a root canal because the horrible tooth pain I had originally was gone. Dr. Thomas suggested I wait a few days to make sure since he didn’t want to give me a root canal if I didn’t need one. The very next day I woke up with tooth pain again. I called his office and due to a cancellation, I was able to get in that day. I had a crown over that tooth that according to my dentist was a temporary. It was not. Dr. Thomas’ staff did everything they could to remove that crown without success. He finally had to drill through it. Once he did he told me there was a lot of infection under the crown. During the process, I was super stressed. I was not that easy to get numb and hated the sound of the drill. Dr. Thomas was able to get my mouth numb. I realized I didn’t have to be stressed and had to make myself relax several times. After it was all over I realized I had been super stressed over nothing. I would definitely recommend him to anyone."
