"This was my first evaluation for a root canal. Dr. Kaple took the time to discuss and explain the whole process and options. Once everything was explained I agreed with his recommendation to have the root canal versus pulling the tooth. As soon as the process started it was apparent Dr. Kaple has the process down to a science. I barely felt anything when he administered the numbing shots. "Everyone was very nice, friendly, and tried to put me at ease. They all apologized for the long wait time. My appointment was at 11:00 and it was about 12:15 before I was in the chair. The office is very nice, a little cool for me, but I’m old and more cold natured than younger folks! Dr. Kaple was very nice, made sure I was as comfortable as I could be under the circumstances, and worked efficiently. He let me know what he was doing as the job progressed. The shots didn’t hurt very much which I’m grateful for! I felt nothing while he drilled, and was finished in about 50 minutes! I was expecting it to take longer but glad it didn’t. If I need another root canal I will most likely return to Brookwood Orthodontics!"
"I had a very pleasant experience with Brookwood Endodontics on December 16. I had a cavity on a tooth holding a permanent bridge in my right lower jaw. Dr. Kaple and Melissa explained that they would try to complete a root canal through the bridge and seal the opening made for the procedure. I requested gas and they obliged. Dr. Kaple is the best Dr. in giving oral injections. Upon completion,Melissa cleaned around my mouth for me while giving oxygen to clear the nitrous. Every one of the staff at this practice is exceptionally polite and compassionate. I will highly recommend them for any special needs beyond normal dental procedures. "Brookwood Endodontics provided me the most painless experience for my first (and hopefully last) root canal. From the first call to schedule, to intake with Madison, the procedure with Dr Kaple, and follow up call with Madison and Hannah, I was met with an experienced team who put my comfort at the forefront.I cannot stress how pain-free this process was (literally and figuratively). I also appreciated the follow up call the next day to check in and make sure I was doing ok (which I was!)I am hoping not to need anymore root canals in the future, but should that happen I certainly know I’ll be returning to Brookwood Endodontics. "I saw Dr. Kaple and his assistant, Vanessa. I have to say that all of the people who I met went above and beyond to make a root canal as pleasant as possible. I was nervous since I'd never had this procedure before and, of course I've often heard that root canals are horrible. There have definitely been many more experiences in my life that were more painful than this. There has only been mild discomfort today and ibuprofen is taking care of it. "Well, no one ever wants to see an endodontist but the need does arise from time to time. If a person can have a wonderful experience at a dentist it would surely be at Brookwood Endodontist. Everyone was very welcoming. I even received a "I just wanted to check on you" call the next morning. Because of my anatomy I had a more complicated root canal procedure. Dr Kaple did great work. I expected some pain and soreness the next day but I have experienced any."

"This place is amazing. All the rooms have windows where you can see the city. There are tvs placed right above your chair to distract you. The staff was super friendly. "My first time visiting this facility...First, the x-ray technician was cordial and informative. All was done in one take. She also laughed at my jokes!Second, Grace (Dental Technician?) escorted me to an exam room and took additional images of the problem area. She listened to my description of the issue and answered my questions. Patient and thorough!Third, Dr. Kaple examined my teeth, and after some tactile tests, determined a root canal was not needed. Music to my ears! He outlined a solution to my problem and advised they would communicate his findings to my General Dentistry office.Last, Grace provided me with a copy of the imagery data they collected, and advised she sent my dentist a copy, as well. My dentist's office called me as I was walking out of the Brookwood facility, and set up a follow-up to resolve my dental issues! ALL IN ALL, a very painless and efficient visit! I called in the morning explaining my need for an evaluation, and not only did they book me for the same afternoon, but also ended up performing the root canal I needed. On top of that the office staff was very nice, my wait time once I got into the office was nearly nonexistent, and Dr. Kaple and his assistant Dessiré (sp?) were amazing. They were both so friendly and made me feel right at ease and seemingly effortlessly erased my nervousness and apprehension. Both were very knowledgeable in what they are doing and provided me excellent care. On top of it, when you leave after a root canal you get a ticket for a free smoothie? I mean who does that? "Was referred to Dr. Kaple by Luma Dentistry and had a great experience! I was not sure what the source of tooth pain was and he was very good at methodically stepping through a diagnosis before suggesting anything. I ended up with a root canal and the procedure was a far more pleasant experience than I could have hoped for! He used state of the art devices that I hadn't known existed to make the procedure much easier to bear. He also told you exactly what he was doing throughout which I found very helpful.
