From the minute I walked in until the moment I left the office, each person was friendly and listened attentively. They were competent and answered any question I had to the fullest. I did not feel they were rushing to get to the next patient and took time for me. The receptionist was very accommodating, offering beverages to everyone in the waiting area.

We did wait awhile on our first visit, but on the second visit a week later, we went right in. Your waiting room is comfortable and my wife was content reading her Kindle. Dr. Thomas was very personable and seemed eager to have me comfortable. Following the procedure both times, I had no pain or discomfort. .....just taking the antibiotic pills..

I had an emergency with an abscesses tooth. They scheduled me immediately and took care of the issue. Everyone was courteous and professional while also putting me at ease with them and the procedure. I hope I won’t have this particular issue again, but if I do, they will be my first call!

The staff at Brookwood Endodontics is wonderful and so friendly. I was extremely grateful they were able to see me so quickly and take care of my pain.
