I had an excellent experience at Brookwood Endodontics. I was referred to Dr. Thomas for a root canal, and he did a superb job. What sets Brookwood Endodontics apart is its attention to patient comfort. When I arrived, I received a card to complete noting my preference for nitrous, a blanket, a pillow, tv channel and a beverage. This helped ease my anxieties about the procedure almost immediately. Prior to the procedure, Stephanie and Daniel did a fantastic job of taking my X-rays and well as explaining and preparing me before Dr. Thomas began his work. I appreciated that Dr. Thomas made certain that I understood why the procedure was needed and what to expect during and after the procedure. The following day, a member of the office called to check on me, which rarely, if ever, happens at other offices. I could not have asked for better or more professional service. Highly recommend.
