My experience was good. My dentist office scheduled my appointment the same day. I was at my dentist and they had already started to work on me, when they ran into the issue of me needing a root canal. They called got the appt. I went. I was in and out in a little while. The staff was friendly and nice. They gave me a blanket, because the room gets cold. Because I was a good girl, they bought me a smoothie from Smoothie King. How's that for customer service.

This visit turned out to be the best visit I have ever had with an endodontist. Everything was explained to me before procedure was done. Dr. Powell was very friendly and nice to me and put me at ease very quickly. The whole procedure went quickly without any problems. The pain was very limited and I was very pleased with my entire visit. Aftercare information was given to me by written instructions. Shelbi assisted me after procedure and made sure I was doing okay before leaving the office.
