Root Canal Retreatment

The best dental experience that I have ever had.

Friendly staff. I was asked if I was doing ok throughout my procedure. I was asked if I needed a blanket or would like some water or sugar free soft drink several times. The dr made sure I knew what he was doing as he was doing it. He made sure I knew how to care for the healing process as far as the antibiotics he prescribed and my pain meds. Applying ice and no heat to my joe.

Beautiful view, nice clean, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very caring asking if your ok through the entire procedure. They asked if I wanted some water or sugar free soda or a blanket. You can tell it’s not just a job to them. They care about their patients pain level and will stop any time you may need a break. Dr wax explaining everything as he did it. I had infection so he cleaned and medicated the area. Hope I’m not leaving anything out. I got prescriptions for antibiotics and naproxen. That shows they care about your futur well being. Very nice all around.

Morgan took great care if me and explained everything appropriately. She accurately detected my referring physician had labeled a tooth incorrectly. Great attention to detail and overall patient care.

I came in with possible 3 retreats. It was determined that I did not need retreats. The Dr spent a lot of time going over X-rays, exam, and discussing my situation. He and his assistant went above and beyond spending time with me explaining everything and answering all my questions. I would highly recommend Brookwood Endo. Thank you!

Dr. Thomas is the BEST ever!! He has always taken such good care of my dental needs. His assistant Morgan, was wonderful as well. She never left my side and made me feel comfortable during the procedure. I have been a Dental Hygienist since 1994 and I would not go anywhere else for a Root Canal.

Last week was my second great experience at Brookwood Endodontics. The first experience was great and while I didn't want to have to be in pain and come back, it unfortunately happened. I don't know another office that cares about your comfort like this one - kind treatment, comfortable waiting room, blankets, tv choices...everything to make your visit as enjoyable as something like this can be. Dr. Thomas reviewed my issue with care and determined that I needed oral surgery. He went out of his way to make sure I was scheduled quickly since I was in so much pain. I would recommend this practice to anyone in need of endodontic care!
